Where do you ship your beer?
We currently offer nationwide shipping across Australia. Please note that someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Metro deliveries usually arrive within 2-4 business days, while regional areas may take up to 7 business days.
Can I click and collect my order?
Yes! You can select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout to collect your order directly from our brewery at Howard Smith Wharves in Brisbane.
What happens if my cans arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
Most of our core range is vegan-friendly as we do not use isinglass. However, some limited releases may contain lactose; please check the specific product description for details.
How should I store my Felons beer?
To keep our beer tasting as fresh as the day it was canned, we recommend storing all cans upright in a cool, dark place—ideally in the fridge.
